羅志光先生，1963年7月出生，獲臺灣大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)士學(xué)位及美國普渡大學(xué)管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，自1989年10月起為美國注冊會計師。2005年10月至2009年2月出任西卡集團的中國區(qū)總裁，2009年3月至2018年3月出任西卡集團的亞太區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展主管暨企業(yè)并購部聯(lián)席負責人。2018年10月至2025年1月出任Holcim集團大中華區(qū)負責人，2025年2月起擔任Holcim集團中國首席代表。2018年12月起，出任本公司董事。

Mr. Lo Chi Kong, born in July 1963, graduated from National Taiwan University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Purdue University with a master's degree of Science in Management. He is a U.S. certified public accountant since October 1989. He served as the president of Sika Group in China from October 2005 to February 2009 and served as the head of APAC business development as well as the co-head of Corporate and M&A department in Sika Group from March 2009 to March 2018. He served as the head of Great China of Holcim Group from October 2018 to January 2025 and became Chief Representative China of Holcim Group in February 2025. He became a Director of the Company in December 2018.
